Yes, I require that my clients purchase their domain(s), and servers before I begin any work. I also need confirmation from my clients if they would like me to create content for them or if they are bringing content ready with them.
All of my clients are given the option of choosing whether they would like to handle website maintenance or if they would like me to maintain the website. Maintenance refers to taking care of the website’s upkeep such as monitoring uptime, updating plugins and themes, and troubleshooting in times when the website servers go down. This does not include updating content such as texts, images, videos, etc. I charge a fee if my clients ask me to maintain their websites.
Yes! Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is now more important than ever! If you are not running SEO best practices on your website then you are at a disadvantage in comparison to your competitors. Oh, and they are most likely running SEO on their sites. I do keyword research to produce appropriate website architecture, local SEO for local businesses, and technical SEO to optimize each page.

Smaller websites can range from 2 – 4 weeks while larger projects can take longer to complete. If I feel that more time is required to serve my client I will communicate that with my client to set the right expectations.
